1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India to all major cities and towns. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you before order processing.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 4-7 business days (depending on location).
  • Express Delivery (if available): 2-4 business days (extra charges may apply).
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier service delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹500/- (as per promotional offers).
  • Orders below ₹500/- will have a shipping charge based on weight and delivery location, which will be calculated at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking details.
  • You can track your shipment through our courier partner’s website.

6. Delivery Attempt & Address Accuracy

  • The courier will attempt delivery twice before marking the order as undelivered.
  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, Lavecare is not responsible for failed delivery.
  • If the order is returned due to incorrect address or non-availability, re-shipping charges will apply.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us at lavecaresol@gmail.com with your order ID.
  • If a shipment is lost in transit, we will either reship the product or issue store credit, based on availability.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • If you receive a package that is damaged, opened, or tampered with, do not accept it from the delivery agent.
  • Immediately inform us at lavecaresol@gmail.com with images for further assistance.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
